Processing of your personal data

The video and audio you upload are processed solely to produce the dub, transferred to the AI providers required for that, and automatically deleted within 24 hours of processing at the latest. Your voice is not permanently stored at the provider.

1. Data Controller. This service is provided by Bubixo; your data is processed by Bubixo as data controller under Law No. 6698 (KVKK).

2. Data Processed. The video/audio files you upload; the speech transcript and voice characteristics derived from them; your account details (email) and payment records.

3. Purposes. Solely: providing the AI-assisted video dubbing service, delivering the output, payment processing and legal obligations.

4. Transfers and Providers. Audio and text data is sent to AI infrastructure providers (e.g. ElevenLabs, OpenAI) for dubbing. Payment is handled through Polar. Your voice is not permanently stored at the provider (store=false).

5. Retention and Deletion. Uploaded files and outputs are automatically and permanently deleted within 24 hours of processing at the latest.

6. Legal Basis. Necessity for the performance of a contract, and explicit consent.

7. Your Rights (KVKK art. 11). To learn, to request information, rectification, erasure, and to object. Applications: kvkk@bubixo.com.
